HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP A PRODUCT?

PLEASE NOTE:- POST SHIPMENT, THE COURIER TAKES SOMEWHERE AROUND 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS TO DELIVER THE ITEM.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED, DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT? WHERE ARE THE GARMENTS MANUFACTURED?
We are based out of Mumbai but we do not have a showroom at the moment. All of our clothes are made with love at our studio in India.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?

ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
While we try our best to display the color as accurately as possible, the color may appear slightly different than the actual outfit due to different resolutions on screen.
HOW DO I GET MY OUTFIT ALTERED?
We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you.
IS THERE A RETURN/EXGHANGE OR REFUND PLOLICY?
We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.
WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECIEVED IS FAULTY/ DAMAGED?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been communicated within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us sales@senren.in. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.
